At Northstar, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind.
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items of equal value in stock. All exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Shipping Costs
